Recession

hi mylot friends, most of the countries are facing recession,there are lot big companies send their employees to home,due to recession,still companies are lacking behind with funds,even the gaints are also in facing the same recession problem,at this juncture is it correct to agitate/strike employees are protesting for salary hikes,if the company/Govt. remove the people those who are agitating for salary hike what will be the fate of the employee of the company/Govt.?

Their are so many people losing their jobs now due to the recession, and it is good that the government is trying to do something to turn it around, and yes it is not right that the people that are still working are trying to get higher pay.
