How is your City, State or Country coping with swine Flu (H1N1)?

IN my City, its already a war zone...Even if some one sneezes, he is considered as threat and people just run away from him. All the N95 masks are sold for double or even triple prices. All the government run hospitals are diagnosing the flu patients for H1N1. Is the situation in your place same as here?

in my city its not a war zone till yet as swine flu is not spread so much
but little bit is still there & masks have not reached in my city till yet
im afraid of swine flu more bcoz the govt. hospitals condition is worst & i havent seen any such hospitals in my life till yet
