The Vehicle You Drive Now is Desirable, Practical, or The Right Price?

Did you choose the vehicle you are driving right now because you desired it not caring about the price. Because you needed it for specific reasons (for instance a mini van for a big family or a truck because you haul stuff a lot)? Or because you needed something to get you from A to Z and had to get something cheap?

I chose the car I drive right now because it was cheap, it was running and looked decent. When your as poor as I am, you don't go picking and choosing your vehicals too nit picky. I paid 700 bucks for it and I will be running it until it costs me more to fix it than I paid for it originaly.
I have to admit though, I love the car, it is a 93 dodge interpid sport edition, low spoiler on the back, two tone green and grey, handles BEAUTIFULLY, has plenty of power (6 cylinder 2.6 litre engine) and actualy gets ok milage. My only complaint i guess is that it tends to hydroplane a bit easier than others I have driven, even with really good tires on it.

I had a mustange back before I got married and that thing hydroplaned, and slid all over the road in the winter. It got to the point where I was terrified to drive if there was snow on the ground. It was a beautiful car, but not very safe I am afraid. Sounds like you got your self a nice deal there. My poor dad has no luck with cars. He always seems to have to dump a bunch of money in to his cars.

My current car would be number 3. I was in college and slipped on ice, sending my clunker into a tree. I needed a new car, and this time I had to pay for it myself. $2000 for a Geo Prism, 1995. It still runs very well, and I've had it for 7 years. Money well spent!

Funny you should say that my husband had a Geo Metro when he was in college. That car had 290,000 on it when he sold it to a friend of ours who drove it for a year after that and sold it still running perfectly fine to someone else. It was the most basic of cars, but that little thing ran its little heart out.

All of our vehicles were just purchased because they were the right price. Some of them were also needed, like a pickup truck. We drive old cars, and often keep at least one spare, because they are so old.

My currrent car was bought mainly for its low cost and for its excellent gas milage. It is a car to essentially get me back and fourth to work in the winter time. For all family activities we use my wife's car. I do however also have a motorcycle, and I got that out of desire, and that is why I agreed to have a cheap car so that I could buy the motorcycle,

We chose ours because it was made for us. We travel and it has all the bells and whistles we need to make our cross country trips more enjoyable. A to Z might be California to Texas (C to T) and when we travel make sure to take care of her so she gets us their without any problems. The price matters but its not something we dwell on.

I decided to get a car with good gas mileage (I'm a student, so I do anything i can to save money), so I have a Prius. I drive around a lot (whether it be with my family, friends), so we use this car for mini vacations to the beach, mall and such.

I bought my car because I need to, and when the final decision to choose, it is my decision mix with my parents and my brother decision. I like my car very much, it just it has a small bonnet, as I'm a person comfortable to bring a lot of stuff when going anywhere, smaller bonnet make it difficult to put many stuff on it. My car call Myvi, a Malaysian made car.

I have to go for practical since I have five kids and we need the room and couldn't afford a suv, so we have a minivan. But I like it. I'm above most other drivers, which is great since I'm only five foot tall and most people tower over me! And it's the right price because my mother in law gave it to us!!
