i wonder how people choose which wrist to put their watches on. Does the dominant hand play a role here, or is it just random? I wear my watch on my left wrist and my dominant hand is my right. You?

I wear my wristwatch on my right hand, since i'm left handed. And yes, I think the dominant role definitely plays a role. Wearing a watch on my left hand would interfere with my writing.

Same here. I don't wear it when I use my computer because it is metal and the computer is metal (aluminum MacBook), and the metal scrapping is not a friendly sound. It's easier to tell what is one's dominant hand also. Southpaw rules.

ah yes, having to stop whatever your dominant hand is doing to check the time *is* time wasting.

My dominant hand is my right hand and that also happens to be the wrist that I wear my watch on. I actually have noticed that most people tend to wear their watch or bracelets on their dominant hand!

I wear my bracelet on my dominant hand because my other has my watch! Do you have to stop writing or something when checking the time? Or maybe you've mastered a way not having to stop?

I wear my watch on my right hand. I am left-handed, and by wearing my watch on my right hand, it doesn't get in the way of what I am doing, and I can look at it while I'm still working. I do not need to stop what I am doing most of the time, to look at my watch on my right hand.

Same like you, I wear my watch on my left wrist and my dominant hand is my right. I used to wear my watch at my left hand since i was small.

I wear my watch in my left hand (and I´m lefthanded). But I only wear it when I have to go out to an appointment where time is important. As soon as I get back home, I take it off. My watches are the computers and the microwave´s in the kitchen.

I have it on my right hand. My wife too. Long time ago she told me to switch from left to right. Also all our kids have it right.

Now I do not wear watches, because of my sensitive skin. Previously, I use the left wrist and my right hand dominant.

I am right handed, and still wear my watch on the right hand. I just think tight is more comfortable. Same for my wife and the kids.

I guess I use both sides of my brain at once, because while I'm right-handed, I wear my watch on my left wrist. lol I have never liked wearing things on my right wrist--I think it might be because I don't want to have my hand weighed down when I'm writing. :)

I didnot take notice of that before . I often wear watch on left hand . There maybe different in other countries . You may ask you friends how to wear watch on left hand or right hand . You'd better make it sure .

I wear my watch on my right wrist. For me, this better and more practise because every time when I typing, always see it

it depends to those of where they think is more convenient for them to check the time.. like me, i wear it on my left hand coz im comfortable to check time there specially if im using my right hand.. though some people dont use anymore wristwatch as they use their cp to check time but for me its not comfortable specially if im in a hurry. though some use it as an added accessory.. well, whatever it is what matter is the time is accurate..

haha nice question i don't wear a watch but if i do i wear it on my left hand. nothing to do with that i am left handed or right handed (btw i am right handed) but it's the instinct by which one sees. Usually if i'll have to watch time i will look at my left hand first so it depends on person to person
