which food do you like? I like home made traditional food which is tasty, simple, filling and hygienic. I do not like the food in the restaurants because they contain lots of spices, oil and even before our stomach is full we get saturated because of the oil and fat. Apart from that Who knows whether the food items are properly covered, the vegetables are washed before chopping and the people engaged in serving the food are hygienic and wash their hands before serving

hi, it is glad to hear that you like home made traditional food. And of course it is more tasty and more hygienic. And for home made food, it will be more nutrient than we buy out side. Once in a while dining at restaurant is okay, provided you eat some healthy food. I think eating at the restaurant is much more better than eating at hawker stall. At least the hygienic in the restaurant is controlled compare to hawker stall.

Hi vingyan
Undoubtedly home made food is the best one for anyone. It is not only tasty but hygienic too. We take utmost care while selecting the vegetables and take care while cutting too as some vegetable contains worms inside, and cook with love and care. I do agree with you that eating in a good restaurent is better than buying and eating at hawker stall

I also prefer to cook my own food, but I do not have a problem eating at a restaurant and I certainly don't worry about all the negative things that can happen.
If I was going to worry about all that I would never eat anywhere other than my home and only food cooked by me.

Hi arkaf
I may be correct to some extent. As we can not cook always at home but some times we need to eat outside too. Especially when we go outstation, what ever is available there, we have to eat it. Generally what is cooked outside is suitable for some and not suitable to some others.
