I have seen many people taking resolutions, like to stop smoking, to restrict drinking coffee, and so on..... Well I have not taken any resolutions in my life so far, it is good to take resolutions but one should follow it too. There is no point just planning to take a resolution and then just ignoring it slowly. What do you people feel ? Do you follow resolutions taken? Have you been forced to take any resolutions? I do take a lot of resolutions , but nothing really lasts wrong. The real me overcomes the resolution in a few days. It just happens unconsciously. Probably this is what makes the real me. I try to adapt accordingly and keep my bad profiles low in me to be a better man.

I never took a resolutin in my life. I have seen many people taking resolutions especially on new year day and never follow it. I don't think there is something which I seriously want to change in my life.
So, I would like to be the same person as I am. I also think that if I want to take a resoultuin in my life I don't have to wait till new year for that. I can do it at any point of time. My parents never forced me or my siblings to take a new year resolution.

Oh i hae taken many resolutions in my life, especilly on the new year eve. I love to break them too. I stick on to these resoluions for a while and think that life was much better before these self restriction and then i'm back to normal - LOL
One of my favorite resolution is "Eat healthy to lose weight". Then i have this "no caronated drinks", "no junk/fast foods", et al.
