What do you think about the people who are Silent??

Dear friends,
Today I went to a hospital. There I read a quote in a portrait,
"Silence do, that anything cannot do".
What do you think about this quote?? What is your view of silent people , How they are in your point of view?? Please take time to share any experience if any about silent people...

I am a silent person, well not all the time. I kept silent when I am mad and surrounded with people that I am not comfortable with. Being silent, for me because I don't have much confidence with myself, too much sell-controlled and maybe I just don't like or know how to start a conversation coz I might make it lame.
