We need to have a proper sleep wear in order to have comfortable sleeping. What kind of sleep wear or pyjamas do you wear everyday? Or you do not go for any sleep wear while sleeping? I am extra careful when getting sleep wear for my kids. I like to choose body hugging sleep wear . I also need to make sure the sleep wear is long sleeved, with solid finely ribbed round neckline and cuffs. And I will only go for 100% cotton material. Please share your ideas here, thank you.

yes, for my little baby, I will surely be getting 100% cotton material and long sleeves since she sleep in an air-conditioned room.. as for me, I used to wear kaftan to sleep, and now having those nursing night wear since my little baby would like to have some suckle middle of the night.. it's more convenient this way for me to feed her... alternatively, a nice cotton T-shirt which almost going going gone will be nice too.. and I also have some satin nightgown too!

Hello Cwong, It is good to sleep in 100% cotton material. It is comfortable and soft too. Lone sleeved sleep wear is just nice for baby in air-conditioned room. Maybe you can try to buy some long jumper or romper as a sleep wear for your baby. That is great that you still feed her on mummy milk. It is good that you don't need to wake up and walk all the way to the kitchen to prepare milk, LOL. So how many times does your baby wake up for milk milk at night. She really sucks for the milk or she is need a comforting sucking? I never wear kaftan to go to sleep before. I saw some seller at Ebay selling very nice kaftan. I am wondering to get one too, .

oh.. vingyan.. my little baby do come to the mummy for a comfort suckle many times at night.. comparing to the day, when she don't really want that much of milk.. but come at night, she will want to come as near as possible, and all I need to do is just lift up the clothes for her.. she is still in her eyes close position when this all happen!!

I didn't care about it anymore,,but then I found that it really helps me to sleep better and faster if I wear proper pyjama. Actually, I don't wear pyjama. I prefer to wear tank top and shorts when sleep, because it's short and I get really annoyed with long sleeve or big clothes.. it will wrinkles if I move.. So I prefer tnak top that fit my body and shorts. Of course it will be cold, so I covered myself with blanket and turn on the air condi..

Thank you for your response. I know it is annoyed to wear to big size clothing while sleeping. I always choose not so loose or not so tight clothing for sleeping. But I don't wear any pyjamas. I only buy pyjamas for my kids. I am quite particular on choosing the good and comfortable pyjamas for my kids.

Hello Vingyan. Like you, I think comfort is the most important thing to look for in sleepwear. Wether it be nightgowns or pajama, cotton knit is my favorite. It lets the skin breathe, and moves with you when you move. Karen

I wear T-shirts upon shorts of knee length, both cotton. They are called Bermuda shorts. There are pyjamas too which of course I like to have on, but I'm not very comfortable with them in bed. I prefer something short so my legs could ventilate at night. And also so that my blood relationship with the mosquitoes would improve. Thankfully enough, I'm still to catch Dengue or Chikungunya which is really prevalent in this part of Asia. Touch wood.

well, that`s a real problem. i tried to wear polistiren clothes on summer nights, but in the morning i was already ill . So , i wear just cotton . In the summer i wear boxers and a t-shirt , and on winter , i wear pyjamas . It`s better to be warm , than to wake up cold..

I prefer to wear something light and soft while I am sleeping. So I always choose short pant with t-shirt as my pyjamas. I also do wear three quarter pant with t-shirt too while I am sleeping. As long as the material is 100% cotton, it should be fine for me.

For me personally, the most comfortable sleepwear is a pair of mens boxer shorts and a tank top. Ok, well to be honest that is pretty much my daywear also as I am at home with children all day long.

I will sleep in whatever i make it to my bed in. Lol, i always stay up late because of my work and stuff, so when its time for me to passout, i am usually in some shorts and a wife beater or something like that.

I wear silk pyjamas and sometimes a cotton one, I make sure I am very comfortable in whatI wear because else I won't be feeling asleep so I check it very well if there is nothing which will cause me uneasy during my sleep.

Dear vingyan, Wow, good and caring mummy..keep it up! For my son, I will get the cotton long sleeve and long pants pyjama for him because he is sleeping in the air- condtioning room. For myself, I just wear loose t-shirt and shorts! But my eldest brother and his family are very good, they really wear the proper pyjamas. I like it but I Do not practice it :) Tks and all the best!
