Sometimes I do shout when I see that person won't pay attention and listen to me.When there are one more person like me, the walls start shaking. But I never throw things or hit the person.Do you shout louder than me?Or you just try to avoid any quarrel?

No, i don't really shout that loud but they can see from my actions how angry i can be if i am very violent at things or throwing stuff like fan as if am throwing a spear..they won't literally hear me shout but they will hear actions, actions and more actions...if they touch me "bam" K.O

When I am angry I do shout and say all that is pent up inside me, I do not shout very loudly, but there is an increase in the volume of my tone. Once I have said all that I wanted to pour out I become normal and keep silent for sometime.

I simply shout at the top of my voice when my roof blows. I'm a short tempered person but i give myself and the other person sometime to calm down. If it doesn't work i simply yell. Would you believe if i say that my neighbours have been complaining about the "noise pollution" from our house?
But i yell/shout/curse only for 5-10 minutes and stop as soon as my throat gets dried up - LOL and then i allow the next person to emote

Some training and your neighbors will feel like they live next to the opera house.

Guilt as anything solid and hot you can think of. I do it when all the patience I invested in an issue is wasted because of some unthinking act. To be fair, I shout more at myself than others. It gives me a sort of relief and I can continue afterward. Keeping it boxed in depresses me. I am not physically violent though.

I think when people keep it boxed, they explode sooner or later,so better raise the voice and say loud what we feel.

You are not going to hear me shout - ever
I never get angry either as it's a waste of time and burns up energy for nothing. If you are angry I will look at you and if youget even angrier, that is then your problem not mine
I learnt years ago that anger is negative, resolves nothing and can cause some very hurtful, harmful things to be said which may later be regretted. Sadly once the damage is done it's not easy to put the pieces back together again so why start in the first place?

They have not managed it yet
Did you see the one I had on my discussion at the week-end? I even gave him an avatar just to keep him busy setting it up

Hi silver, when there is something that makes me angry I do let it be known but tend not to shout as to me it is a waste of time and energy, simply as shouting never seems to get you anywhere anyway, talking about it does...LoLo

When I feel really really angry, I might do something like walking really hard, paddle heavily on the stairs when I go up or down, slam the doors sometimes - I know this one is very bad... but I don't shout. I hate to be angry, I feel being mad or angry is painful... I cannot argue with other people because I will never win considering I have a little voice and I am not good at arguing.

I do tend to raise my voice when I get angry or stressed. My entire family is really loud, I guess we've grown up trying to talk over the other ones. lol.
I was worried before I had a child that my yelling would upset her. She yells too. ha ha. She knows me and can tell if I'm angry or just a little loud. It's when I stop yelling that you need to worry. If I get mad enough to cry just back away slowly!

I do shout, when my temper heats the point, and when i use to reason out and nobody listen, if it is a minor quarrel just a slow voice, and i just control my twmper to not make to much scandal if i am very angry.

Evertime I get mad or angry, I always walk away so I can be alone and be myself.
At that time, I will calm down.
I do not like to be mean, shout, or yell at anyone because it can not solve the problem at all.

It takes a lot to get me really angry or angry enough to where I will shout. I usually try and keep myself away from those types of tense situations so as to avoid any problems or confrontations. I am not a confrontational person nor do I like to feel anger so I try to block things out.

Well it depends to who. If I'm angry at my boss at work then I probably wont shout at him since I would probably get fired lol. And I don't usally should at my friends they would really have to annoy me in order for me to yell at them which I have done a few times before. I do yell at my parents for some reason those are the only people I yell at. Since they yell at me a lot dosnt make me feel bad yelling at them.

Noooo...unfortunately I'm the person who keeps their cool, but manages to utter that one statement (quietly) that sends the screamers into action. I berate myself all the time for not being able to keep my darned mouth shut, but at the time I just can't help myself. Does that make us partners?

If im angry i can shout, everything depends on why im angry though. If im extremely undescribly pissed of i even cry when im shouting because there are so many emotions i want to get rid of. That does though only occur maybe once every 2years.
I can also if im angry just be silent, in the "leave me alone" type, and people can normally see it aint the correct time to talk with me.
I guess you have what is called temperament.

I always cool. Even my facial expression sometimes angry or emotional. Anger management makes my face young. Forgive people 7-times. That is why I feel good. Even if they are the one who made offense on me.

I don't shout when I'm angry and besides, I rarely get angry; Annoyed comes more often. Most of the times I just ignore someone who makes me angry and try to avoid to talk to him until I forget about what he did or say. I don't like starting an arguement because it never solves any problem. When I have a disagreement with a particular person, I quickly think of a way to solve it; It's the best way to get over that problem.

It depends on the level of anger. It would have to be something severe for me to shout.
