My favorite sports.

Sports help everyone to keep healthy,happy, and efficient. SO I pay special attention to games, especially table-tennis, Table tennis is my favorite game. I pay it almost every day. Table-tennis is an ideal game us because it brings the whole body into action. It strengthens our muscles,expand our lungs,promotes the circulation of the blood,and cause a healthy action of the skin. Besides,it is very awusing and does not cost us much money. it is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days. thus, it is my favorite kind of exercise.

My favorite sport is Aerobic. Besides i get the healthy i can enjoy the music and the moves. It keeps me healty, happy and feel so young too..he he.. I also doing the morning run or walk for the extra. Have a nice sports and get the spirit..:)

Yeah. You're right there. Exercise is very important and the body needs it. Playing your favorite game is a great way to have that exercise needed. Well, my favorite is basketball. I am a player when I was still in high school. And I love it. Even if it a physical game and you get bruises accidentally, I still love it and it is still my favorite sport. Well, I play basketball with friends during weekends. It is a great form of exercise. And it is also one of the big factors that helped me in losing weight. I'm looking forward to play one this coming weekend..

Sports is always good for our health. Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in my country. But I am not so good at playing it. I like playing badminton much more. Sometimes I will also go to swim in summer. At least it is comfortable to stay in the swimming pool when it is so hot outside. I love China

Hello Xia. I love to play ping pong indoors, and yes, it makes for a good whole-body workout. Outside, I enjoy badminton, frisbee, and softball. Exercise that is fun makes us happier and healthier, too, so keep up your good work. Karen

Yes, sports are always beneficial to our health being. I was selected as the president of table tennis club when I was in high school. I didn't know why I was given the responsibility because I was not even good at that game. Anyway, these days I seldom do any sports, but once in a while I will go out for jogging and bowling.

I love to play tennis actually..as well as go skiing/snowboarding.. I feel like skiing and snowboarding are really full on exercise sports except only one season could you really enjoy that sport.. like at most once or twice a year.. tennis is something that i like to play regularly along with basketball.. there's just a lot of movement around the court..and it's table tennis but i feel like a lot more physical.. i like table tennis too actually but i just find myself not that great at it.. i've played tennis for a lot longer too.

hi dear friend my favorite sports is cricket. i like this game very much and i was played for my schools and also for my college but after that because of some reasons i just stopped playing but now also i watch cricket always

I think the best sport is Tennis. It is a game that highlights individual skill in motion, speed, anticipation, strength, mental toughness, strategy, and believe it or not, your fashion disposition. Looking good I think attracts the audience, elicits confidence within yourself.

I like cricket and football very much as they both are outdoor games brings your whole body into action. You run, you kick, jump smash everything actually bring life to you. These games also increase your stamina and requires lot of your energy and a team plan. Though table tennis is also a nice game but it is rather an indoor game and the body movement is limited to some extent, i mean you can't run all the, can't play as a team.
