Work and Play.

Work and play do not contradict each other;
in fact,they complement each other.
As the saying goes,"All work and no play makes jack a dull boy."
A life burdened with work leads you nowhere,
for you would get tired and bored with your daily routine work.
On the other hand.proper recrention will relieve the tension and discomfort of our
monotonous life because it offers you various ways to let out you pent-up emotions.
WHat I usually do to relax after working .
jogging and seeing movies,ususlly I don't spare time for exercise.
On weekends,I'll catch the morning movie for my visual enjoyment.
I feel revied and energetic for another week's work-load

Upto a certain extend I agree with your statement. But I observe some contradiction in the statement."Work and play do not contradict each other: infact they complement each other" This statement is little bit misleading. This statement will be very true when we allocate seperate time slot for both.Work and play can not go together. Then it will contradict and there will be no complement.
I agree with you that proper recreation will relieve the tension and discomfort of the monotonous life.As you puts it, a weekly holiday will energise us to face the work load of the upcoming six days.

it is really important to balance work and play.when you overload with work,you will get burned out and will resent working.when you play all the time,it will make you carefree and will not take on responsibilities.it is best to balance both so you can be an effective person.
