I have gained a lot of weight and now I have to eat everything according to the diet given by my diet teacher. I have joined gym, I am doing regular exercise and sometimes I feel tired of eating those diet meals. My mother said you have to make that interesting with low calorie items. So, I add spice to my meals so that at least it tastes better.
My favorite low calorie meal is Boiled CORN, with black pepper ,3-4 drops of lemon juice and one pinch salt. It tastes like heaven. We can also add butter but it would be better if not added.
So, all those people on diet, What is your favorite healthy food item ?

A good and a very low calorie food is soy. These are available in the form of lumps (Nuggets) or powder (Meal maker). Can be mixed with any curry or soup, it sort of blends in. It is filling and nutritious. Try it and you will not regret it.

Well, I've always been a huge fan of chocolate milk, so when I started on my most recent diet I started drinking chocolate slim fast as my breakfast food. I also really like the flavor of fresh vegetables. I also really like to bake chicken with light seasonings such as thyme or salt free seasoning blend. It gives the chicken a lot of flavor without adding calories or unwanted sodium to the diet. But, over everything, I have learned that when I am dieting, I don't cut any of my favorite foods out of my diet but instead enjoy them in moderation.

Yes, you must not cut on your favorite foods, it is really painful to be unable to taste your favorite food for months together, you must really find some way to eat it in any form, let it be low calorie
I really liked your idea of making chicken tasty with less calorie, I will try it

My favorite low calorie food is peaches. I have a sweet tooth and it ruins my diet plans when I can't help but get dessert. Peaches, while satisfying my sweet tooth, is also healthy and low in calorie.

I have to take away some pounds. One thing that has helped me are homemade soups. Chicken broth is wonderful and full of protein. Put with that, you can also make all kinds of vegetable soups. It will be filling so you won´t feel so hungry. When one is hungry and on a diet, one tends to feel guilty also. That does not help. Soups will take away that feeling. You can have a mug of soup by your computer and sip anytime you wish. I like a spinash and leek soup. I put it in the blender and add a bit of no cream milk and a pinch of grated parmesan cheese on top.

I had also gained so much weight a year ago and I really decided to make the best and do the best of what I can do to be able to lose weight and be back on my previous waist line. Well, I succeeded in doing such but it isn't that easy for me to achieve that. I became so strict in my diet as well as having exercise regularly. I eat rice seldom. Rice is our staple food here. I eat vegies more and less of meat. I am also more into fruits. They are very good.
I don't know much about low calorie food. But what i would suggest If you want to lose weight is eat fruits and vegies more.

Fruits and vegetables are the ultimate diet for weight loss achievers. I myself have fruits at night every alternate day, I lose about 300 grams the next day, I really feel happy then. I have started loving the fruit diet
Since, I have to take a intense training session on the pep(personal trainer) days, I have to have some carbohydrate intake the previous night, otherwise I will fall down the next day, lol

I make a ground turkey chili with 93% lean meat and lots of chopped veggies, beans and sometimes corn. It's never quite the same twice, but it is always good and it averages between 200-250 calories per cup.
It can be a great way to clean out the refrigerator, too!
I am also very fond of the Weight Watchers fudge bars. They are amazing.
