(7)Maintain a correct weight. (8)Do some regular physical activities (9)Limit the consumption of red meat to 500 g per week. (10)Daily Maximum aicohoi intake:only 1 glass for women and two glasses for men. (11)Limit consumption of salt to 5 g per day. (12)Mothers should breastfeed their babies

Hey, That is really good, those are some really good tips. I would have never thought of some of them, because I usually like my food to have some different salt and spices on it, now I will have less salt on my food. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

It is so nice of u to tell us the way to avoid cancer but it is a little bit impossible to some extent .. we who are living a city life .. all these conditions cannot be fulfilled. but one can try and see what happens... thanks ...
