do you use stumble upon?

stumble upon is this add on you can use for firefox and maybe ie (I don't know) and it lets you rate websites, I always use it before I invest a lot of time in a site and I was wondering whether or not you guys use it

i am using stunble upon to promote my blogs its really useful site to get some traffic to your blog. You can share links to other pages and also your pages using this stumble upon site also it provides the firefox addon which inturn adds more power to this bookmarking site.
