I am greatly concerned with the terrifying effect of global warming, the climate change right now is really aggressive and there's a chance that we might be eaten up by ocean if the worsening global warming will not be prevented.
I am now careful with what things to be burned in the backyard. Hopefully the government will implement bio-diesel to minimize carbon dioxide emission, one cause of global warming. It is best also to plant trees and developed organic farms to save what is left for our planet.
How about you, are you afraid of global warming?why are your actions to minimize its effect?

That's so nice, we too in our school, are planting more trees, exposing the students more to the environment so that they will be aware how to protect the surroundings. We cannot stop global warming but at least we can help minimized its effect in the surroundings.

I don´t think every day of global warming but I do have great respect for Mother Earth. For a long time I have recycled things. I don´t think of it anymore, I simply do it. I am also a gardener by interest so I have always planted. I have been interested too in native plants and I try to go native if posible. My garden is managed by me without chemical products. My brother is a chemist and he is intereste in ecochemistry. He told me once all the bad things a tomato peel has if it´s grown for sale. I don´t eat that anymore.
Now I´m experimenting with planting some veggies in winter. We´ll see what happens.

I have really not done anything to stop global warming, but yes I have done my bit to reduce the effects of global warming. I ensure that minimum essential electricity is used and no light or fan point is left on when not needed. i ensure that I carry a cotton bag when I go shopping and do not take things in a polythene bag.

Preserving trees could definitely help stop global warming. I try to minimize my use of products made from trees if I can. I segregate my trash based on what can be recycled and what cannot be recycled. I would like to plant trees too, but sadly, I don't have a place where I can plant a tree. We don't have a back yard in our home.

We are all aware that global warning is slowly showing it's effects. Climate changed is one of those, have you noticed that many places are experiencing a lot of landslides because of non-stop pouring of heavy rains. we are also experiencing more and more typhoon each year. Many islands in Maldives are now devoured by the sea water and it is not impossible to happen in the island that we live in.
This is a nice discussion my friend. We can also feel that the sun is too hot now. The solution is in our hands.
The first action i can do is to dispose my garbage properly, separate bio-degradable from non bio-degradable. Avoid burning of rubbers or anything that can affect our ozone layer. Simply plant more trees.

Yes, that's true, unpredictable weather, landslides and storm are now very aggressive, these are clear signs of climate changes which signaled the worsening condition of global warming. It is always good to be aware with what happening to our environment to help save mother Earth and for our future generation.

I recycle, I grow my own food, I don't drive any more than necessary. But no matter how much we do God is in control of this earth and this enviroment and he is going to burn up the heavens and earth we know anyway and there will be a new earth and heaven. Man kind has proven again and again we cannot take care of what God has made better than him.

I guess for now, not much... We've been trying to recycle paper in the office though. And when I have trainings, I usually don't provide printed manuals. I just have a soft copy in their common folder that anyone can open anytime... I'm looking into buying solar chargers as well. That might help...

Anyone who is concerned about the environment and the people should be scared. The effects can be noticed or experienced now.
I am doing my part in my own small way. Like not burning trash or even leaves for that matter. We compost our garbage at home and segregate and recycle stuff. Planting trees is a must and if you don't have a space to plant try to participate in tree plantting programs. I am also participating in coastal clean ups.
And I have worked in environmental groups and work with the youth doing environmental camps.

Of course, I can't leave my car, but I try to use it as little as possible.. I walk to my friend's house most of the time. Another thing I do is cut down on the electricity I use.. if something is plugged in and i'm not using it, I unplug it.

I am not worried about that, because I think it is a complicated problem and we can stop it if we take more usefull measures ,besides I will pay more attention to myself ,such as planting trees and promote the essential knowledge to my friends, wow,i know I still have a lot to do,I will spare no efforts!
