I really like to learn to play musicals instruments, when I was still a child. I appreciate people who look happy playing musicals instruments. It is a fun things to do. I really like to learn to play pianos and guitars. Unfortunately I was not given the opportunity to learn to play and the cost of enrolling in a music schools is quite expensive. I only learn to play on drums and organs. But, if given a chance, I like to learn to play pianos and learn classical music being play on pianos. How about you? Do you know to play musicals instrument? Are you interested to learn to play musicals instruments? What kinds of musicals instruments are they? Why and why not?

Drums and organs huh? Those are two great musical instruments to begin with. I would definitely love to learn how to play the drums, which is why I love to play the arcade game Percussion Freak. At least playing that game gives me some sense as to how playing the drums, solo, can be.
I did know how to play the piano. I took lessons when I was a kid but I stopped which made me forget everything then on high school I took lessons again, that was good but I stopped. I want to play the piano by ear. I learned to play it by notes. But I dont have practice anymore so I think I mightve forgotten everything again.
I also tried to learn guitar by myself. I can guess at the strumming and the most basic of chords but that's it.LOL
I do want to know how to play lots of instruments like the violin and the drums like I mentioned. I also want to keep up what I have learned but I just dont have a present influence at home. Im left to myself and Ill just use the time to do other things.

Drums and organs are both interesting musicals instruments and they make the music alive if they are included in the musicals orchestra. It is better for you at least you try to learn a lot of musicals instruments. You basically have the knock for it and given a lot of time with proper training and focus. You will be an Maestro a musical icon of the future music industry..lol..
Both piano and guitars have somehow similarity as you really need to learn to read music lyrics/notes in order for you to play the selection of music tunes you like.
Despite having lack of time, i bet if you have a extra time you would not hesitate to learn to play musicals instruments developing your musical talent.

Hi neelianoscet,
I think I have some talent and passion over music. Because I have not learnt music but now only I am doing but I play the guitar, keyboard and flute from my childhood. Really I have not learnt any notations to read music but I can hear it and play. I mean music by ear. Just I hear any song and play the tune.
Now only taking online coarses in a proper way to play classical music which are little bit tough to hear and play.. Because we need to play as many notes within a single second. Without a sheet music its not possible. So I am learning right now.. Moreover I wanna play violin. I have heard people say its tough to learn but I don't agree. I wanna learn that one ASAP... Happy mylotting... Cheers

Yeah, you could learn music even though you could not read a music notes as they are really important to learn when you are trying to learn piano and guitars. Of, course by just singing it is a music too even humming or even noises made by rain, wind, bids creeping and other insects and animals. I am not really sure but i think they know music from their own languages. It rally start with the basic as you get familiar with musicals notes. You could play good music and even accompanied it with your own voice singing and impress friends with your musicals talents..

The Piano is probably the best one to play because it can switch between any type of music and is probably the most essential instrument in the world.

I can play a little bit of drum and cylophone. What I really like to learn are playing piano and guitar. I envy those can play guitar, and I obviously can say they are a good singer when they know how to play a guitar. You know when someone can play guitar and piano they can composed songs and I like that. I have known a person that all of my poems , he do its music, but I haven't seen him because we are only chatting online. WE called ourselves, MUSIC and LYRICS. hahahahahaha.

I am also love to listen to music and even love to look at the person playing musicals instruments. Without music even if the singer got a good voice it is still boring to listen, with musicals instruments being play on the background it makes any music show lively. It is alright as you know to play drums and cyclophone. It only means you got a talents for playing it and not just contented in seeing others person playing..Music and Lyrics? well that is also my favorites movies, very romantic especially the song..

I started learning to play the piano in early childhood with a music teacher. I played classics but then later got an interest in modern jazz, and I went to work in the nightlub, later in life. I was a professional musician for around 14 years or so. Then musicians were not needed so much when disco and then karioke took over, so I had to retrain as a therapist. I still pay the piano though and love music. I currently own a Clavinova Piano, which I find is an excellent instrument. - Derek

I used to play the trumpet when I was in middle and high school. I loved it. Then I put it down later on in years and never touched it. I got it out again last year and practiced and played "Taps" at my church but haven't touched it since then. I may or may not get it out again.. depends. I love the instrument.. It has such a beautiful sound.

Of, course you could still practice playing your trumpet even though its been too long since the last time you used it. If you have the desire you could still try it. Once you loved to play musicals instruments you would never feel bored playing it and you just have to feel in your senses the beauty of music is very captivating.it is relaxing and erases tension..music is inspiring both to the person playing and to the listeners.

I know how to play the guitar. I would have wanted to learn how to play the piano and violin but my parents do not have the money to support my interest at that time. So I ended up learning the guitar. Though I am not really good at it since I have no formal education on how to play it. I just learned through the help of my friend and its just simple strumming. Nevertheless, I love playing the guitar so and so that now I have an electric guitar. I play from time to time when I am free.

Playing guitars is very interesting as I look at the person playing guitars it seem so easy but you still have to learn to read musical notes to play music. Then, most of the person who know to play guitar also know to sing and that is more look appealing..At least you know to play guitars and enjoy it at the same time let others hears you playing being appreciated is a good feelings..

I know how to play violin and piano. I have experience with a recrder and the french horn. The violin is a lot of fun but I always hurt my fingers when I pluck. I prefer the bow but I got worried that the strings of my bow were made from horse hair. I have a picture of my violin for school that I might post. I miss it...

I started learning to play the piano as a child. I wasn't that good at it - but it was the only instrument we had at home and my family weren't particularly musical. I had to pester my mother for what seemed like years to get her to agree to let me have lessons. After I left University I learnt to play classical guitar. For me that was a much easier instrument, plus the classes were fun and sociable. Right now, I've decided to try and learn a different guitar style - folk. I enjoy singing (in choirs) and we have a few local venues (pubs mainly) that run turn up and sing or play evenings. Not sure I'll actually have the nerve to go solo - but it's an aim!

I can play the flute and am attempting to teach myself the guitar. I was taught to play the flute as a child but would definitely benefit from some lessons to brush up on my technique!! My lungs aren't what they used to be!!
I would love, love, love to learn the piano but I just don't have the patience!!

Playing flute is also great as you got to have a lot of discipline in the way you do it with your vocal chords. As I look to flutist they make a good music combine along with a different musicals instruments produces a great concerto. While, playing piano looks great but still require to read musicals lyrics..

Then I joined the marching band in high school and my instrument was a recorder and now I forgot all about it. then in music class we had a moment with the piano but that was all the do re mi and one song. I know how to play bass and guitar pretty well and I can kind of play the keyboard and drums a little bit but not all that great. I would like to learn how to play quite a bit of instruments because they all make you get better at the instrument you're trying to get the best at.

When I was a child I was somewhat taught how to play the piano but I was so young that it didn't last long and I gave up and wasn't interested anymore. As I got somewhat older, in middle school, I took up the flute and played that for about 6-7 years, and I loved that. Does Rockband count? haha I rock at the guitar and drums!
