What show from the 70's or 80's was this character from??

Does anyone remember the baker that used to have a stack of pies or cakes.. the number of the day, I think ...anyway, he had a baker hat and coat and tried to carry these cakes. He'd sing, "ELEVEN LEMON CREEME CAKES!" and then something would knock him over, he'd fall with all the cakes and he'd get pie or cake all over him..
???
Anyone know? Was it Electric Company? Sesame Street? 3 2 1 Contact?
Help. It's driving me crazy and I want to show a U-Tube clip to my kids.

I'm fairly sure that the clumsy Baker character You're describing was one of those sometimes featured on "Sesame Street"-I'm not familiar with those other shows you've mentioned,and it's been a while since I've seen the show,but some characters have become part of popular culture over the Years! I never thought to check Youtube for some of these tv moments!

This was from Sesame Street. The sketch involved both kids and adults counting a certain number of items, then the baker would appear at the end. Here is the You Tube clip for the "song of 7":
