Is Facebook real friendship?

Is physical friendship more valuable than virtual? Do you get to know the person better through Facebook? What do you think?

All the people i have on Facebook are people i know in real life, and i only keep the ones i talk with, i dont like reading status of people i dont know, or just dont care what their doing, so those people i value their friendship

I value online and real life friendships the same way, as in both you grow close to the person you are getting to know. Actually, you might become closer to your virtual friend due to the fact that you can share more about yourself without being embarrassed (well, that's the way I feel).
