Hiii friends In the view of the coming Independence day i wanted to start a discussion which helps people to know about India well.....
in this discussion lets discuss all the great facts that we know about India...
I start with giving a general idea and hope u people will continue it
India is no doubtedly one of the oldest civilization in the world.
Even before some civilizations learned to dress we started weaving dresses. even before some languages were born inventing we have vedas describing the most complicated theories.
Even though India is still a developing nation we have our mark in almost every field of science and technology
so please do contribute your valuable information in this discussion

Hi,
That India is one of the oldest civilization and it is celebrating its independence day on 15th instant, I do not feel any thrill as we are not yet free and the idea of freedom is an illusion and I am never after such illusory things. Enjoy yourself.I would do when India would achieve the actual freedom and I can scream on the road that put off the dirty politics and my voice is heard and action is taken accordingly.

I think india needs military rule for some period of time to sort out these dirty politics.......
When i see those loksabha meetings I really wonder from which place on earth does these people come. they discuss everything thats trash.. i also wonder if those people had any formal education..
India needs to go through a cleansing period where all these people needed to be cleaned and sorted out

Rajib, if you don’t take me otherwise, from your relevant discussions on this topic of India, one thing I fail to understand is whether your grouse is against India as a nation or against Indian politicians or due to the fact that Assam is a part of India?
As I said, don’t misunderstand me, but this feeling comes out in your responses that you are not proud to be an Indian…which surprises me, since you are Assamese and Assam is an integral part of India! We have already discussed how the NE of India has always been neglected by Delhi and how the common man feels cheated by the politicians, but that should never take away our pride for our motherland. The shameless acts of our present politicians should in no way undermine the heroic and selfless acts of our freedom fighters because of whose sacrifice we are able to roam freely throughout our nation. It is to commemorate those glorious days that we should celebrate 15th August and renew our pledge to feel honoured of being an Indian.

CONTINUEING....... india is also a land of art. there are many many artistic people in india like a.r rahman, jakir hussain, premchand, amitabh bachan, sachin tendulkar, sania mirza, shahrukh khan, abdul kalam etc.
india celebrates festivals like eid, diwali, holi, rakhi, christmas, lohari, etc. and all the indians, i mean hindu, muslim, sikh, christain celebrates all the festivals with fratenity.
most importantly indians are most patienceful people coz they never complain problems to anyone and they bear all the problems silently but, when time comes they burst up like fire in fire in the forest...
india had many freedom fighters who give up their lyf for the freedom of the country like gandhiji, nehruji, bhagat singh, lal bahdur shastri, subhas chandra bose, rani laxmibai, mangal pandey, etc.
india has 70% youth and india is one of the most happy country in the world.............. are bas karo yaar isse jyada india par nai likh sakta, i can only express how i feel for india.....!!!!!!!
