effective fairness cream for whestish complexion

Hi friends, Can anyone suggest a fairness cream for my daughter who has wheatish complexion not by heredity?She did try a few fairness creams but they did not bring about the desired results.We tried some internal cleasing liek drinking lots of water etc & that did help a little but its a slow process.I have told her to be satisfied with the way she is which is beautiful but still she insists on improving her complexion as her classmates were successful in improving their complexion.They don't disclose their secrets to her so asking you experts her in mylot to help us out :)
