Are you using Microsoft Windows? All successes of Microsoft come from its Windows. Particularly the hit of Internet Explorer does depend on the popularity of Windows. Now, which version of Windows do you think is the most successful or a complete failure? Or which version are you using? Let me come up with my answer. Firstly I am using Windows XP. And in my opinion, the two versions of Windows is the most successful and live the longest: a.Windows XP; b.Windows 98 And the failures of Windows: a.Windows Vista( In China, a great many consumers request to make it back to Windows XP) b.Windows ME ( there are few people using it then and now) What is your opinion? Abrat.

I think Windows XP is the best. It's fast and easy to use. I don't like Vista at all. It's slow and a bunch of functions on it annoys me a lot. And based on some articles I read, Windows 7 isn't going to be that great either.

According to my lecturer, use Window 98 as it has less bug compare to others. I don't know whether this is true or not but it does look better compared to Window 2000 than I used during my practical training. Right now I am using XP. It's pre-installed when I bought this CPU and whenever I format it, the vendor provide me with the same Window. Ah well, I am flexible~~~

Windiws 98 definately had the least bug. That is why it was so successful. Windows 95 and 98 surely made MICROSOFT a household name.

According to me,windows xp is a great version,it change the world too much and it easy to every one who use it,compare to the other system(before windows 7,I do not use the windows 7),it fast, easy use and its UI is friendly.I think windows vista make us so disappointment, maybe Windows 7 will give me some surprise.

i think windows xp and windows 98 both are the best versions.but xp scores a little over 98 not because of the features i am saying this but at the time of 98 there wasn't much competition but during the time of windows xp there was lot of competition from other os's but xp still managed to become the top used os in its period. i used almost all the operating systems not only of microsoft's but of other companies as well. and the worst and an utter failure is vista.last year there was a poll in a site which asked how many have installed vista and again removed it and returned to xp. 95% of the voters said that they have gone back to xp. even now people are asking for xp in their laptops which come loaded with vista.

Of course no body wants vista. Why should they! It is slow, it is full of bugs and hardly does any good to any body. And that is why Microsoft has taken XP out of the market so as to force people to use Vista. It had a hard time to promote Vista because no body wanted to use Vista after a couple of weeks.

Hey, Well I think that the most successful version of Windows would have to have been Windows XP. I just have seen so many people using Windows XP that it had to have been successful. Hopefully Windows 7 will follow in its footsteps. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I like the Vista a lot, but I am more comfortable with windows XP. It works fine on my computer and I never have complaints. But when I run vista on my pc, all i have are crashes and hangs! But still I love the look of Vista!

If you ask that, I think the best version and teh success version from microsoft is Windows XP and I also use it right now. XP can be the longest version of OS from microsoft that can hold on at the market, some of the reason why many people like it are : + If we see from the performance, windows XP have the best performance than the other product from microsoft (excluding windows 7) + Beside the best performance, it also need not a great Hardware specification to run it, not like Vista that need a high specification of hardware + It support many program. + It also has a good design and good look.

You are absolutely correct, Windows XP is by far is the best OS launched by Microsoft and Windows Vista is the worst after giving it was so much hyped. I am using Windows XP and is really handy to work upon. Don't forget there is Windows 7 to be launched, and hope it lives upto hype and news it is making.

I think windows vista basic edition is the latest and the best one. Although it all depend on the kind of windows you are used to as previously I was using windows xp and very much used to that and dont like vista initially as I was not much familiar to it but now i really like it as it is more user friendly and easy to work with.

Windows xp is the best of them all, its too bad it was more likely to get virus and spyware than any other windows os. I currently have vista, all I can say is I hope Windows 7 will be able to blend good graphics and interface with good performance.

The most successful versions of Windows in my opinion are Windows 98, Windows 2000, and Windows XP. The failures of Windows are Windows ME, a definite one, Windows Vista, but not that bad.

I'm using Windows XP now.I think it is a great success in China.I ever used Vista for only one day.I think there maybe someting copied Apple OS,and it ran so slowly So I finally made it back to Windows XP.So I think Vista is a big failure. I konw Microsoft opened a entirely new OS.It named Windows 7.It received a great responses,I'm very interested in it.I think it can be a great success after Windows XP.
