How about aerobics? If you know of an aerobics program on tv, it should be easier to participate or else get a similar video. Even better, go and join such a class. You will likely be more committed in a group thing.

The main problem for me is the discipline. I don't persist with exercising because I lack a motivation since I have always enjoyed good health and am rarely sick. My pride is too hard for me to concede that I'm a lazybone, but I can say this much: I love to exercise but inertia sets me back every time. I exercise intermittently and also on the occasions when it tinges me as a necessity - like, when I feel I have put on quite a bit of weight, or when I feel stressed, I do the corresponding exercises to rid myself of the discomfort and then it is back to the past. How do I discipline myself strongly enough, so as never to miss working out even a single day? I really admire those who value exercise so much! Hope I could be one of them.

I exercise because I want to feel better. To me there is nothing worse than just laying on the bed and not feeling like getting up or doing anything. That's why I started running. I had to get up and get moving .. but unlike you I love to sweat!! It shows I did something worth it! Nothing like getting that nice shower after a good sweaty run!

I'm a lazybone but I sort of do it a little bit. When I exercise, I sometimes spend five minutes running on the treadmill at a speed of 5 mph. You know, humans are made for short bursts of running quicky. You lose more fat that way and it's quicker!
