The problem happened about three months ago when in the mail i received a letter from my isp saying that i have broken a copyright law with Virgin Music, of course it was that i download about any song on the internet but the letter said any more attempts and they will terminate my service. I didn't give it any thought so i simply threw the letter into the bin but then in the next month funnily enough i received another letter, again being from my isp. They hadn't terminated my service but they suspended it for one week so i had no access to the internet for a whole week. When my net came back on i had an e-mail that said this is my last warning any more attempts and there will be a possible court hearing so now i can't download any music, games or movies but what im wondering is if i change isp's will i get a fresh start or will my record carry over to them as well?

You could change ISPs but if you continue to cheat I think you will run out of ISPs. Better to just pay for what you receive and sleep easy at night knowing that your connection will be there the next day.

Hmmm.. If i change ISP's now that will leave 27 available to me + downloading is addicting as you are discussing with someone who has 4 portable hard-drives each being 500gb full of music and movies.

I think you better be careful not to break any more laws.
