online shopping is something that I have not done while I was working in the corporate world.. since I am all expose to malls and shops, I don't find a reason for me to shop online.. while I spend my time in front of the computer, I hope to do it with some quality time since I have already been shopping most of the days..
However, since I have been a stay at home mum, I have been sourcing for baby products and stuff online.. and I am still consider lucky as I have not meet any not trustworthy seller and lost any money due to it.
I always do some reference search before buying, sine myself too don't really trust the web.. it;s sad that ppl exploits it that way

In the beginning I hesitated about shopping on line, until my mother broke an old 78 RPM record of mine from the 1940s, and I had to rely on eBay for a replacement copy. The transaction went through just fine, and I got what i wanted, so I figured if I could trust an auction, why not trust other major stores?
It's been almost 10 years now since that happened, and I've had no problems shopping on line. I do a lot of shopping on line.

Hey,
Well it isn't that I don't trust online shopping, but I just don't have a Credit Card so I can't actually pay for the items online. That is why I prefer to still shop at malls, because they still accept cash, which is very good. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Yes, I definitely trust online shopping. I have been shopping online for years and have never, thank God, had and problems as far as scamming. If I have trouble with a vendor I just call my credit card company and they usually straighten the disagreement up, usually in my favor. Before you do any transaction online, you need to be sure about the company's ordering security features. You should see a picture of a lock someplace on the page. If you don't see any picture, don't order until you get more information. Always use a credit card so if there are any problems you have someone to represent you in getting your full refund.

I believe some online businesses aren't scams. But I also believe that most of the online businesses that are existing today aren't even trustworthy. In short, I think there are about 75% scams and 25% legit.

Same with you icesmile, I trust the internet in finding information, but I don't believe it in online shopping and online dating. I don't believe in giving my own personal bank or credit card data online, except for paypal or other trustful online payment method. Never give my data directly to one seller. I prefer to buy things in real store. About online dating, maybe there's one who serious about that, but personally I think better to find it in real world than virtual world. We really don't know they are real person or not, or just someone who wanna get payment from gpt sites! How can people feel safe leave their personal info and data on the net? maybe some can do it safely, but personally, I won't take the risk (the risk too big in believe someting online totally)!

Shopping in internet is different than shopping offline. In internet if we want to buy something firstly you must buy to the trusted seller such as ebay or based on friend's experience. And if want to buy something don't use internet connection un the public place, go online in your home, this anticipated from keylogger or something else. So the keyword is we must more becarefull buy something in internet than when we buy as offline.

I don't mind shopping online, although it is possible to get scammed. I think it's pretty safe, they've made great advances in security and I don't think its any more risky than using your credit card at a real store.

I shop online all the time, you just have to be careful where you shop. If you are careful where you shop (ie. sites like eBay and big businesses) you should be fine. Shopping with big name, trusted companies will ensure you get your product. Especially because they all have privacy policies that can get them sued if they don't deliver! haha
