hate friends that tell you things that is not true just lies or not dont know

i have a friend that lies to me all the times thats what i think. i couldnt never really tell if he is telling me the true or lies. when he ask me to help him with something i would try my best if i know how to. if he doesnt like to way i do things i would get yell at. he tells me he would give me a present for christmas never happened. he called me back new years night to say happy new years to me wish i was on the trip to seattle also plus lots of great things at the time. he told me he thinks i'm a totally truly good friend. when i ask him to do something he would say no but when other people ask he would say yes. he so far has never help me with anything and maybe never will. i just hope he doesnt get mad at me if he see this online. i just how i feel about being friends with him maybe it will have to end soon.
