There are a number of head-hunters, recruiters, who come online offering excellent services for identifying the right jobs and companies which are looking for applicants. One can find jobs through these recruiters within a country and also overseas. Do you take a look at those websites in your search for job opportunities ? Do you apply online for jobs there ?

Applying jobs online is good oppurtunity. It is very easy and quick rather than the usual application way. But the website you are registering should be a excellent one such that they give you only valid good oppurtunities instead of scamming. They should have the facilities to choose the type of qualification, area of interest, job difficulties etc., are should be clearly stated. I am also apply jobs online. But there is no need for this now at present time. But it is beneficial if you know some facts fully about the sites!

I agree with you expressnature. There are good online recruiters, but you should research on the website first to make sure that they are reliable and will not scam you. There are many online recruiters here in my country, but I only trust two of them. I've been using those two since I graduated from college, and I'm glad to say that they have never failed me.

I apply for jobs online. Other than the reason that it's more convenient for me since I don't have to print out CV's, distribute them one by one personally to the company under the heat of the sun, most companies now prefer online application too. It's also easier to look for a job and read the qualifications and other job details there.

I think online job website is a good way for us to look for a job. Recently I have used it a lot. I have some favourite job websites that I use almost everyday. From these websites I can get the idea what kind of job is available and popular. I also can get the idea how to apply a job and make interview from these websites. The worse part of using these websites is sometimes taking too much time to take test. Then the system said you failed or you are not qualified for the particular position. So now I also go to jobcentre plus to look for any opportunity.

Yes, I apply online for jobs. In fact, it is a great and rare opportunity so we better grab it as far as you are qualified. Actually, I already experienced being hired by many employers. Most of it are project-based and they offer salary that you worth it. But we should just be careful 'coz there are some who will not pay you...

Some interviewers will say that they pay more attention to applicants who apply in person. Though i think that it's better this way. First, browse websites like monster or your local job-finding website. Find the jobs you want, and they will almost always include the company name. Then, go to that company's website directly. Apply not only online (through their website or through the job finding website), but also send a hard copy of your resume in the mail directly to the employer address ("Madam or Sir" is fine on the cover letter if you don't have a person's name). You could go to a recruitment officer, but here is the scoop on recruitment officers: they will either charge you money up front, or they will receive payment from the employer and pay you - taking a hefty percentage out for their own expenses. If you go to a recruiter, you will make less money than you would have if you went straight to the company itself. Believe in yourself, check out example resumes and cover letters online, have anyone (friends, family, whoever) look over your resume or cover letter for obvious mistakes, and go for it. Good luck!

yes I use to apply for jobs online. I think it is the best way to reach potential employers. These online firms normally have better knowledge than the individuals. Also they have wider reach that individuals. So applying online we can reach those companies and firms also where we manually can not go and apply. Also these firms sometimes provide you some extra services like modifying your resume according to the needs of the market and company which increases your chances of getting jobs. So I think it is a good idea if we apply online for the jobs.

I apply online all the time, but I never get called or emailed back, I'm starting to think that I might NEED to fill out a paper application, which I really don't like doing, applying online is so much quicker and more efficient.
