I am just curious, do you need to use your memo to write it down to remind yourself that today is Dad's birthday, and that day will be mom's, or sisiter's?
To me, i do remember my dad, my mom and my dad's birthday, i put it in my mind, but i need to calender memo to remind me. lol

i know my family member's birthday but i use my computer's calender to remind me one week before it, and on the day itself too. Can't risk forgetting. got 5 people's birthday to remember per year, + special days like, mother's day, or father's day. even if i don't get them anything on mother/father's day, at least i wish them. is that bad? putting it up in memo, its just precautions.

I remember my husband's birthday, my parents' birthdays, my brother's birthday and my grandmother's birthday, but I tend to forget my friends' birthdays. My father's birthday is really easy to remember because that is exactly one week before Christmas Eve. My mother's birthday and my brother's birthday are during the summer months, and sometimes they celebrate their birthdays together. In my family we always celebrate birthdays, and I think that is one of reasons why it is quite easy to remember the dates.

Their is so many that i have to keep them on the calendar or i forget.. Most i can remember like my kids, and my parents.
I have 8 children, 11 grandchildren, 4 brothers, and one sister, 5 sister-in-laws, and one brother-in-law. My Mom, His Mom and Dad, and that is not counting who know how many nieces, and neffues, and then add Friends............If i did not have a calendar to keep track i would be lost........................

I know my parent´s birthdays, my siblings, my children´s. What I don´t remember are the birthdays of some of my grandchildren. And I know few of my best friend´s birthdays so I have to use a reminder.
Happy posting, not to worry

no, i don't need to write the birthdays of my own family members anywhere.
i have very well memorized them and i always remember them.
i can even recite the birthdays of my parents and all other 6 siblings of mine.

I usually write down in my planner and wall calender. But naturally I'll just remember the dates even without writing them down. But by writing down, it can be my backup plan. That way I won't miss any of their birthday in case I forget. Usually I'll write one or two weeks in advance a reminder to buy gift. I don't like to shop last minutes.
