my pet was in deep pain
he was crying
looking desperately at me
hoping for some relief
and I too began crying

Yes, I can relate with you. It's so sad, because you know your pet is in deep pain and it hits you too. It makes me even more sad knowing that my dog can't express his feelings and pain in words...
