Colouring the hair..Is applying hair colourants onto the head with a comb better or rubbing the hair colourants into the hair like washing your hair technique better?
Ladies out there, which suits u better? =)

I think apply hair dye into the hair with a comb is a better method, this way the dye is distributed evenly. With the rubbing technique you might get uneven application, and some spots in the hair may be missed.

Exactly! This is the reason too why hair dye among salons are applied this way. They use brush so it will be absorbed by the hair evenly.
And I've also known that rubbing the dye against the hair is not advisable because chances are, it will be absorbed by the scalp. I've heard a news that these chemicals should not be absorbed by the skin because they may cause cancer.

It is a convenient way to dye hair with a comb. But be careful only the hair, and do not keep too long before washing. Anyway, the chemical does some harm, no matter what.

I like rubbing the hair color ingredients into my hair. I think it absorbs better that way. When I buy my box for hair coloring, they usually include a pair of gloves to make it easier to apply the color by hand. Sometimes I also use a comb to smooth it out a little but mostly I just use my hands.

I feel applying colorants with a comb or brush is more better than rubbing into the hair.
