how do diet?

I want to slim myself since it is hard to buy clothes...i dont want to sacrifice not to eat anything.. i want to remove fats, and stay healthy..and remove wrinkles... do you have anything that can make u younger without spending expensive dermatologists or surgical?

Eat healthier food, cut down on fatty foods and exercise more. Just walking about more can help a lot. I don't think that you will lose weight without making some sort of effort, plus just being positive about doing something can help you feel much better!

If you are overweight,it is because your current level of metabolism and exercise isn't high enough to balance or reduce the weight.So,to lose weight,you need to eat less and/or exercise more. Choosing the combination of diet and exercise that suits your needs best is the next step. Plan for a gradual reduction rather than a crash diet for best results.That way,you can control your progress,and not feel you're over reaching your ability.Choose foods with more fibre,and eat more fruit and veggies to fill you up and reduce your carb intake.Choose exercise that suits your Level-You're not trying out for the Olympics or starting Marathon running (Are You?) so walking,swimming,or cycling,even dancing,depending on your ability would be good places to start.Weight training is good for toning your muscles and getting into shape.this is just general advice-there are training programs and much more advice available online.You could do this on your own,or join a weight loss group or Gym for support.Good Luck!

Nowadays in market there are a lot of things that promise that you will become slim but its not the fact. Some tips that i wish to give you are every morning go for walking and do brisk walking slowly start if you do not have the habit if else your legs will pain. Drink plenty of water. Do some hand tapping exercises this reduces your weight as it worked for my sister i do not know for you how soon it will work. Every day morning after brushing drink 1 glass of water this helps. There is no way of slimming down without the food diet dear.Even gymns or when you starts with your exercise,you have to cut off some foods.And,it is good for the skin also,having healthy food diet.Avoid fatty foods and junks,strictly fruits and vegetable diet.These foods are good for skin,and for wrinkles,there are ways of reducing it without the surgery.You can search on the net for the herbal to be used for wrikle removal dear.
