You must know which is good for you.If you are a fatty person you should avoid red meat and fat-rich foods.Fruits are good for all.

I choose for foods which contained lots of antioxidant value and got to do lots of homework about it since last year till I got things for what I need which easily get in my living area. Try hard to avoid from taking processed food once got chance for option. Whatever, my blood health status takes first in choosing foods.

Yes eating a good food in our daily life is good to our health and it is very important that we do not forget to drink also an 8 glasses of water everyday. FOr me to maintain our healthy lives aside from eating a good and healthy foods is the right time of getting into bed at night is also important. Taking a good rest at the right time will help us to maintain the good mood.
Going back to foods one thing I can share is avoid eating those foods with too much preservatives like can foods. Try to eat fresh foods and balance it with fruits and exercise daily. Rest and do not think too much of problems. Have a nice day!

You are so right that eating a healthy diet can lead to a healthy long life.
Eating plenty of organic fruits and vegetables is a good start.
Stop eating fast foods, and foods that are processed.
Drink plenty of purified water
Limit your sugar intake.
Get plenty of exercise. sunshine, and fresh air.
Supplement your diet with things that your body needs.

Eating good food makes you healthy and free from diseases. It could make you strong and helps your mind to stays alert in your works, schools, games and even in sports. Food is the source of body fuel, without food our body could be compare to a car which could nut run without gas. The same things without body if we could not eat a balance meals. We ended up always tired,out of focus in concentration mentally..

Apart from good and healthy food, I think balanced food is more important. As we all know that food is divided into five different food groups and each plays its own important part in maintaining our health and fitness. Home cooked food is always the best in terms of both quality and quantity…though it might taste bland and boring, but ultimately this is what benefits us most.
I try to serve home cooked food as much as possible to my family and we always eat fresh…starting from the veggies to the meat and fish. In one way we Indians are lucky that processed and packed food is not yet to prevalent in our country…we tend to visit the market daily or weekly and buy fresh veggies and non-veg items and prepare our meals from them.

Obviously to eat good food means you get a long life as you will not be attacked ny diseases because we are atleast concious about what we are eating and I remember once my teacher said that We are what we eat, so what we eat makes us. So eat healthily and live longer and younger.
