Hi Jeffrysure No I have never tried this kind of dish it sounds like it may be good though what kind of meat is it and is it hard to prepare? Is it eaten over rice or noodles?I am interested in learning about different kinds of foods from around the world and how they are prepared .It would surely add something and different to the tastebuds.

Rendang is a very popular dish in my country. I like to eat rendang and I have learned how to prepare and cook this popular dish. It is one of my favorite. It can be eaten with rice or bread but definitely it is delicious. Hot and spicy that is the rendang.
