Why do i pain my neck today???

Today, i pain my neck really.I don't know about the reason.I tried to sleep but in now i don't have better.Then have you been alike me before??Do you know, why do i pain my neck????

It could be a simple thing like your sleeping posture may have been wrong.Try a pain balm it could ease your pain.If your neck still aches see a doctor as it could be spondilitis which in my case has been treated with a cervical pillow.

Sometimes i have a neck pain when i'm sit infront of my computer for 1-2 hours with out changing position.But i do some simple excercise to overcome it.there is no need of medicine.Just rotate your head very slowly for three or six times.
