Facebook and jealousness

thats kind of crazy if my boyfriend used facebook i wouldn't be jealous. i mean its just a chat site he might be popular in that site but i might be popular on another. i could see why people might be jealous because on his status update he may get more comments on his. that wouldn't hurt me even just a little. its stupid if some people are.

This whole premise is ridiculous. The site itself doesn't cause jealousy; it's the people who use it who allow themselves to become jealous and suspicious about whomever their significant other is friends with. This is a trust issue, and unfortunately, it gets played out on public Web sites instead of being resolved between the couple themselves, without the whole world hearing or reading about it. Some things just really shouldn't be thrown out there for everyone to see.

I don't have a problem with my partner using facebook we both have a facebook account anyway. I am the one that usually goes on his facebook and sorts it out for him anyway as he is not too good with the computer. It doesn't bother us who we add as we tend to add only people we know or family. But one of my friends ended up closing her account down and her boyfriend done the same as it was causing a lot of arguments as every time they added another male for her or female for him it caused jealousy.I think it is because they live apart and only get to see each other once or twice a month. So they both decided to shut their accounts down for the sake of their relationship.

I was not jealous, if the pair, using facebook. not to have to jealous. I do not like when couples jealous, so I was not jealous of my pair.

I have facebook and my bf have one too. All my friends are there and no, I'm not jealous. I don't understand why people can get jealous because of facebook. We can see their list of friends and all the activity, except in private message.. We can even see their comment each other ,etc.. If we believe our boyfriend and trust each other, sure there will be no jealousy. Why don't they just ask their bf or partner straightaway? Oh, and thanks for your info about CBCnews

I may have an account there but am not active in that site. i had so many friendship accounts that i only use two out of 5. i got bored ever since i discover mylot so i decided to simply stick around here for a while. of course, i wouldn't focus too much on comments when it comes to the profile.
