Have you ever wondered what it was like to walk with Jesus when he was on this Earth? Did he have to put up with as much DRAMA as we do? Was he one of the "cool" Fun guys or was he serious all the time the way most would love to say that he was? Did he go out to play with other children when he was a child? Did he have a favorite color or sport? Have you ever just wondered.....? Why is it people say that they are Christian but the moment someone messes up in their church they want to ridicule them? What about if the person made mistakes in the past but decided to turn their lifes around...why is it that people cannot forgive the past the way that God does? Just wanted to know if you ever wondered...

The Bible doesn't tell us too much about his childhood therefore we can only assume...Jesus was fully divine and fully human, therefore I would like to think that he was like any normal child at that time. Of course, he was probably a little over protected by his Mother, Mary, who found her role to be the raising of the son of God. Must have been difficult for any mother to carry that responsibility. However the bible starts to talk about Jesus in his 12th year when he ran from his parents to listen to the scribes in the Temple. I believe he knew as early as then what his role was and what his destiny was. I believe he would've been a peaceful person to be around...calm, loving towards others, and even fun (as the Bible states when he attended a wedding of a friend). I'm sure he laughed with the best of them. On to your next questioins: why do Christians ridicule others who have messed up and why don't they forget the past... This is a complex question, not sure I could give you my opinion in such a short area...however, I will try. Yes, it is wrong for any christian to ridicule others who have done wrong or made a mistake. It is possible that what they are trying to do is point out the evil of their ways, so that the person can truly be aware of what he/she did that went against God, hoping that that person can repent and return to God's favor. However, to continuously ridicule another person is not Christian-like, and they should be praying for that person instead of ridiculing. To be a Christian is to not judge and instead show compassion for others - however difficult that might be. Unfortunately, there are Christians, in name only, and have no idea how to follow the teachings of Christ - maybe because they were never educated in that way. Just because someone belongs to a Christian Religion, does not make someone a Christian. It's also important to know..that Christians are not perfect, and they are sinners just everyone else. Those who chose to follow Christ, have to try everyday to avoid sin, just like everyone else. Finally, it is of great importance to know that all Christian individuals should not be categorized the same. Just because some Christians act in an unappropriate manner, doesn't mean that all Christians are like that.
