why can't men touch women the way women freely touch men?

Hi, Versio!
I'm not at all sure I get the question, but if I do, I can't imagine what sort of touching you want to do that goes over the line. We touch an arm or a shoulder in order to express both caring about someone and being comfortable with them. This is not different between genders.

so, can't i not touch an arm to show that i care, too? well, give me at least an arm! i once saw a tv show that human contact is becoming rare these days because of cellphones and youtubes and facebooks. a touch is much much more worthwhile and real. i guess i'll have to wait for the day when we can't touch anymore and we'd yearn for anybody to touch us, really.

Many scientific studies have shown that human touch is absolutely necessary for human development. Here we are on e-mail, so there's no touching involved, but I can't imagine people in face-to-face conversation not ever touching.

There are some limitations with that bro. I believe that is not unequality, but only protection for them from guys who are taking advantage on them.
