How you calm down your temper if you are very angry?
Do you know that who try control to much his temper, and keep inside all angry, after years can have big problems because specialists say that is better to exprim what you feel, not to keep inside; but we can?
Or you are type who go out and scream, and after come back and continue the discussion?(like in cartoons, if you remember, can be funny if is not very serious)

I have 1 student in my class that always make me angry every single day. And I had to face him for 2 years. Can you imagine that? There was always something he did in the that made me angry. A lot of time I shouted at him. A lot of time too I tried to speak gently to him. But until know, he is not even change. His new teachers in the new grade also complain about the same things. Sometimes I don't know how to handle this child. He is so naughty. It looks like nobody can handle him.

Hi, the best solution for your student, is to smile when he try to make you angry, and you will make him think that he is not so important; he want your attention, and if you are angry, he think that he is the boss...so, show him his place...you know, this is a best way to tread bad dogs, to show who is the boss

hi icesmile
i have to admit i can be very mean with people if i get angry, but fortunately i don't easily get angry...
only when there are a lot of things in my mind that i have to take care about and at that time if someone pisses me off then they just have activated the time bomb... everything comes to an egde, irritate me slightly more and you are done, when i am about to blast i don't care what people think about me, i don't give anyone a damn and that is how scary i can get... frankly i don't like that side of me, and i wish that doesn't happen anymore, it has only happened 2 or 3 times with me before and really don't want that to happen again...
i have screamed at an elderly man in the train in front of my parents and in front of the whole public, i just didn't give a damn to ANYONE, it's nice that i don't use abusive words otherwise .... !!!!
my scream is pretty loud and i don't care about that when i am really pissed off, so you wouldn't want to try anything such with me.... but of course i don't get pissed off easily as i said, but don't ever keep the pressure building inside me... i can tolerate a lot but when the volcano is about to blast it blasts off pretty ugly! anyways i sound so bad and mean , but i am not really that bad, just felt like saying it all on this topic so.... don't mind ok ?
have a nice day icesmile:)

If I really nagry with something, I will just keep it to myself and if I cannot contain it anymore, I will be crying alone. I'm scared to scold the person or tell them how I feel, but I will do a silence treatment, a sign show that I don't like their attitude and move on. I don't need that kind of person and I won't let that kind of person ruin me, so I just do what I want to do.

Hi and smile
I know and i still remember my angriest moment. That time i am still renting with many girls in one apartment. I saw one girl who use my dress without my permission. I didnt say a thing after that. I just observe her ways. Then after that, she borrowed my top and she dont want to tell the truth that she always using the clothes of everyone even its already in the dirty basket.
I did scream at her and i also want to throw a glass on her face. I didnt like people like that.

I hate people who play with my things without permission and I will show a cold shoulder if they don't respect others. That girl's behaviors are not liked by many people. Maybe she will feel lonely one day.

what you said is correct some emotions like anger happiness and sadness should never be suppressed..Such feelings when suppressed will have a very longlasting effect on us.As far as anger is concerned whenever i get angry with anyone i just walkaway from them i dont show my anger immediately but walkaway from that place.
ANd i think meditation is one good medicine to control emotions if we practice it,it can help us in many ways

I can't remember a time when I was quite furious partly because when I get angry I will try my best to calm down and think over what happened and judge if there are misunderstandings between us. Most people don't intent to angry you and you don't have to lose a firend just because of some misunderstandings. But if there are people who want to cheat you or intent to do something that will hurt you, it can't be tolerated. Anyway, this kind of people is just a few.

I also dislike people who are not honest. If I were you, I would avoid there persons and make friends with people who respect you.

The best way to remain calm when angry is to remember that the other person may not be as calm as you are, and if you are calmer than they are, you will automatically win. If you get all upset and react with a lot of emotion, you are only sinking to their level, but if you stay calm, you can gain the supper hand, so to speak.

ah yes just last week I live in a retirement center and we go off on shopping trips weekly in our mini van, six of us. this one old
'man is wheel chair bound,he cannot walk but a few feet. well we
went to Walmart. Walmart is supposed to cater to the elderly? wrong.
I came out with mycane and grocerycart, sat on a bench to wait
for the other five. the elderly man in the wheelchair had beenput in one of those electic chairs that Walmart provides.ok so he comes out in that electric wheelchair and pulls it over by me. we are waiting for the other four and the lAdy who drove us there. this old walmart
'worker comes over to the elderly man in the electric gizmo and bawls him out really nastily loud and long.how dare you take our electic wheelchair out of the store. the elderly man and I both try to explain we are from Gold crest retirement home and are waiting fot the others and our driver.also that the elderly man cannot walk more than a few feet. I yell at him finally,is that any way to treat
a customer? he cannot help being crippled, you will get your chair
back, dont you yell at this man.he is not hurting that damned
electric chAir. I guess I got through to him as he went back into the store and didnt bug us anymore. thats no way for Walmart to treat a paying customer.I still feel angry about that.

I am very expressive. I say what I feel towards the other person, but it still depends on the situation. When I am happy, I express my happiness by writing or by telling my friends about it, and the reason why I feel that way. When I am at my angriest moment, I don't just keep them to myself. I do ways to vent them out but in a non-distractive way. If I can no longer hold my temper, I just take a deep breath, and meditate.

hahaa.. I get into anger very easily especially with those sales person.. I can't really take it for people who do not have the basic customer service etiquette... If I am angry, I will sure blast it to the respective person (OK, I don't vent my anger on innocent people) and then, I will be all OK..
Even at my subordinates, I will also scold them if they done some careless mistakes, however after that, I will be OK again, and go either lunch, dinner or even for a drink after work.
And I think by speaking it out, it helps me not to keep too much things in my heart, and I won't get heart attack that easily too..

Well, for one, I do get very very angry. But whenever I do, I try to temporarily shove it aside with some other talk, hoping the thing that annoyed me goes away. It never does. Instead it manifests itself in compounded way the next time the person or any other person tries to touch the same topic. What do I do? I blow my top of course. Does it make me feel any better? No. Because I tend to talk all rot when I lose my temper. Staying away from people who irritate is one way. It has calmed me considerably. I hardly get angry now. :-) Well, as to what angers me, somebody trying to be oversmart hoping I will hesitate to snub them.
