Do you think success can be achieves with shortcuts and less effort? I think there is less effort and more luck involve

There is no shortcut to success. The only way to reach your goals is by hard work. If you are lucky enough you may achieve your goals. But such achievements do not last long. When you work hard to win something you get the satisfaction which you don't get otherwise.
