Oh my God A Windows Virus!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help me remove it!!!!!!!

I was surfing my computer then i had sudden urge to download a song to my mp3 player but when I inserted its usb connecter a virus was detected........ It was called W32.Sality.Y. I can remove it, It keeps on spreading and infects executable files (.exe)..... The Virus lowered my security settings and disabled my registry and tsk manager... This is so cramping my style............. Help!!!!!!!!11
