What is your favourite classical literature

"Gone with the Wind" is surely one of my favorites too. And, I like Leo Tolstoy's books, "War and Peace" and more. I used to read the classics often before, and very much enjoyed. But, now, these days, too busy with my work, and no time for reading the classics. Just have to relax with newspapers and magazines each morning.

There are so.... many. :-) Starting from our own Rabindranath Tagore's Kabuliwala, and Gora, Sarathchandra's almost all novels (they are real tear jerkers even to this day - strangely even though they are unrealistic at times they do touch the heart), and then amongst the English works I too like Margaret Mitchell's Gone With the Wind, but Little Women, and Pride and Prejudice would ride above these winds. :-)
