Stages in Life

Recently at work we did a personality game where it depicted your profile. Well, who haven't done these things? I thought! I have done plenty of them online, in emails, everywere, and they all come out the same. I hate to admit it, but I get classified as strong will, bossy at times...etc. So I was ready for the same.
This was a different personality game then the others I have taken
Well, this time she made us stand under the different shapes like triangle, circles, squares and stuff. I went to the circle. It was said that I'm transitioning in my life! I was shocked to hear that it was actually true. My boss then said that certain stages in life you may transition and seem to identify with the shape you stood under. Right now I am more into helping myself, motivating myself and others around me. Finding ways make my life better, different motivational quotes and inspirational speakers.

That sounds like quite an interesting activity.
I used to be a corporate trainer, and hope to do that again sometime. So this is defintely an activity I'll be "borrowing" to use in my training session.
Do you happen to know the source of this activity / where it originated?

I agree with koala here, that seems to have fit on the title, but at least you get to do that kind of activity. so, what shape does it reflect you then? motivating yourself and others is the best way to know that you have grown.

Recently, in my office, we did a personality game which was brougt a big success. Each one of them enjoyed in office after a stressful work life.This type of program needs to be conducted in every place in order to relaxtion and retaining of the employees. I strongly would like to implement in employee engagement activities in office immediately..
