When I am low, I seldom share with others. Rather, I would go out for myself, to watch the busy life in the streets, malls and gardens. A bit of walking and fresh air can help to bring me back to normal. Watching a comedy movie is also an option.

It all depends on what has made me upset. Sometimes it feels good to talk to someone about my problems. Other times, I just want to be left alone so I can have the time to think things out without bothering someone else with my problems.

i find that the best thing for me to do is to step away from the situation and find a way to calm down. I like to listen to music, or work on the computer for a bit, to relax, while I try and think of a way to solve the problem of whatever is upsetting me. I carry my small CD player in my bag, so I can do this even when i am away from home.

When I am really upset I really don’t feel like doing anything at all. I like withdrawing into my own shell and brooding inside my mind. I don’t even feel like smiling or talking or eating anything. Sometimes good soulful music helps but mostly I like keeping to myself.

Well it really depends in the situation. Sometimes it is good to talk to someone, and it will make us feel better, other times a cool off period is beneficial as well.
I am usual in a very good mood not matter what but I've had my bad days. I find that taking a bit of time to just sit down and read usually takes my mind of whatever it is creating a problem and when I finish reading I"m usually my normal self :)

I am not in the mood to talk when I am in a bad mood. I would rather stay quiet, not speaking a word. I would be eating my ice cream or something sweet in the fridge and enjoy it so that I would be feeling better later on.
I sometimes go out alone and then shop, that's the best remedy I can give myself when I am really am upset. Shopping is really a girls way to enjoy and forget things even being broken hearted or upset on someone you expect something.
I don't like to cry and just closed my room and do nothing when I am upset. I am the opposite, I would really enjoy to go out and have fun, do such exciting things that I know I haven't experience and it will really make me feeling better later on.
