If you love writing, then why not earn extra cash online for it!

Well, put about Helium making you go through so much work/hoops to earn anything. It certainly takes more than just being a good writer to earn there. It seems you also need a lot of luck and actually sometimes that and bad writing seems to work, too, which is all the more discouraging and part of why I finally stopped wasting my time there.

Care to share the many other sites that don't put people out? I'm looking for sites that is not only for US citizens. I'm Asian.

Well u seems so smart, that u think u can jump right off and judge what people do. 1st. Trying to put a link to what i wrote about beginner's guide to start blogging for money is my way to share what I thought about how one can grab important point about starting a blog. You should read it 1st before making any judgment. 2nd. How much do u think i will get if someone did come visit that article? 0.01 cents? I am a physician in real life, i make income lot bigger than any online paid program. But that's not what we all here for right? We are here becoz we think the idea of surfing the web and earning cash while doing is major breakthrough that will change the face of world's economic. In the days of depression, this will sure help people. Now, that's why i jump in this "business" in the 1st place. So if u think i was doing lame action by merely put a link to earn cash, think again. 3rd. Shorting the URL is not my intention to hide it, If you notice the link is very long, I am aware that mylot still forbid me to paste link, that's why I cut it short,so that it easy for me to write it down. 4th. I may not know much about blogging, not as expert as you I presume. I guess I am too dump for not knowing that a blog holds diversity in matter of reason of blogging or wide range of chosen topic there. I guess when I simplify blogging using "memoir" as an analogy, I am making very big mistake. 5th. Your comment about helium, i have nothing to against. Becoz bringing the topic in the 1st place so that we all can learn the pros and cons behind the program. U make yourself clear that it had too many cons for you to proceed. 6th. My humble suggestion, since you must aware you are talking to human not a robot (and someone might older than u), it would be better if you could choose more polite words. I think for social networking like mylot, human right's violation like commenting to start a dispute, is far more danger than just pasting a link. My 2 cents.

@ongtina: unfortunately, i just check ciao.com no longer exist, u will be redirected to ciao.co.uk instead. It very restricted there. You can only cash out your money to uk bank account, they dont allow paypal.

Yeah me too. I just hope that I can work with 4 hands nowadays. There are so many interesting things in the web that I enjoy to participate with. If only I could get a better internet connection. You know, here in my connection, overall connection is shuck.

Well earning $150 for writing online is quite big money. Afterall, u still gonna receive ongoing revenue everytime someone read/rate ur post right? If you are very good writing, you can start signing in freelance website. Odesk, Elance, to name a view.

So you wrote poetry hah.. nice.. Glad to know that internet provide many room for everyone to earn cash easily. In real world, is not easy to compete with senior in term of wanted our work to be published in media. I do to wrote short story, only in local language. Nice to know fellow writer. Yeah, but be patient. Dont expect money out of the blue. Even if you try to seek job in marketplace, it still need extra work to be chosen. Good luck and enjoy writing there!

I have joined Helium some months ago and still, I am struggling to earn more. Since I have learned that the more stars you have, the more chances you have to earn, I guess the only way to earn more in this site is through writing, writing, and writing. Well, if you want to earn fast, this is not the place to be. As you see, I only have 10+ articles in there now, and every article I wrote there now earns $0.1 a day. Thus, you can really imagine that before you can form a dollar, it will take, like a hundred days (if you have just one article there).
