Do you sleep in on the weekend?

I don't. I like to get the most out of my days off... so I try to wake up early. I prefer 6 am but usually it is 7-7:30. I have a problem getting in bed early enough...

I work normally until about 12:30 am or 1 am so if I can sleep in on the weekend's I will try and do so. I did not do it today. But I also had a few thing's to do here at home that needed to be done before we leave Monday. So I was making myself busy doing that this morning. I am trying to keep everything in order for when we get ready to leave Monday that way my wife wont have anything major to do. But on a normal work day I would get up at about 9 am.

It really depends on the day, as well as the weekend. Most weekends, I'll get up early, usually around 7 o'clock. However, there are a few days, when I'm actually able to sleep in for an extra hour or two, but this really doesn't happen very often. I wish it did happen more often, but it's just something that I can't really control, unfortunately.

I tend to sleep in later on Sunday than any other day of the week. Saturdays, we have to get up around 6 to deliver papers, and Monday through Friday, there is work and soon, school. I don't go to bed nearly as early as I should, so by the time Sunday rolls around, I am ready for a good night's sleep.

I do sleep in on the weekends. But I don't wake up too late either. I know some people who sleep in, almost till noon, during weekends. I am up, late at night during weekends and get up by 9-9.30am. Not later else it messes my entire day.I would feel very lethargic and groggy,if I got up later.

I think get up early is a quite good habit,it is said that this is good for for our healthy,of course, the precondition is that we have to go to bed early. In fact, I always sleep in on the weekend,because I need to make up those time that i must get up very early on workday.
