Brava Lily!

I think it probably is the right thing for Lily to do, but just because Neil has been such an overbearing and overprotective father. His concerns about Cane are valid, but he has to see that Lily desperately wants her husband by her side. You don't just ignore someone's wishes when they're facing a potentially terminal illness. It should be Lily's choice who she wants to be around her as she tries to beat the cancer. Hopefully Neil and Devon won't be shut out of Cane's house -- I really don't see that happening -- the way they've tried to shut out Cane.

At least it isn't another divorce or one cheating on the other like all the other storylines currently are! But yeah, I think it is a good thing she did. The guy really didn't do that much wrong.. helped a friend out, got a famiy he always wanted and made her happy. Yeah, he lied to get it but at the same time...he didn't take advantage of it.. never took the name, never abused what he was given, was committed to what he thought was his daughter and all. I have not muchliked the Lily character, but maybe they have a start of a new storyline.. one that is nice and plesant and loving instead of divorce, cheating and vengence!

It is good for her as long as Neil doesn't cause too much trouble over it, but he will probably cause some if not a lot. It is a soap so in this case she will probably beat the odds and live and then there will be that ongoing conflict between Neil and Cane.

I love the lily and Cane story line. I am so glade that Lily was forced to look at things in this light. Cane dose love her and she loves him. I think that they can get past this cancer and have the family they so want.
