well.... there are loads of way to lose... first you need to measure your BMI, then do this quiz to see what type of sport is best for you , get an AWESOME playlist on your i-pod and go on the strictest diet for a week and for me 2 days after i shed about 3 pounds or something. Once you start to shed pounds, you get really motivated and the weight will come off really quickly..
