Swimming is the best excercise for body

Well personally, I try to atleast get in 30 minutes of swimming each day just doing normal swimming laps around the pool, maybe sometimes running in the pool or using like some kinda of tube that u can push down to work your arms, because water provides good resistents so it is a good way to get those calories burning and u also stay cool! :)
