Best way to waste money ( 3$)

I managed to earn 3$ on internet. A friend told me to rent some neobux referals but I dont trust them enough. Have someone any idea or experience that could help?

never invest money in buying refferals if you can manage to get refferals free of cost then its ok otherwise who knows that neobux will surely pay you. Also they have full rights to disable your account they can ban your account by giving useless reasons. better stay away from paid members.
