do magnetic monopoles exist

i know that magnetic monopoles do not exist ,but in many books there are some experiment and demonstrations that magnetic monopoles exist can anyone explain any one one of the experiment shoeing the existence of magnetic monopoles

i've never heard of objects with a magnetic monopole! all objects have two poles unless of course the object is a neutron or an electron. and that's possible only in the sub-atomic level.
