Problems with my desktop

I have many problem with my desktop.the desktop is showing without any icons and stuck there.Many warning related to rundll error showing on start up.I used many registery cleaner,anti spywear but didn't get any result.pls suggest me a method to solve this problem.

I usually back up my files and start reformatting my system. that will erase all and fix your computer. but you can restore it using restoration point but that will not be a 100% all fixed up! so I recommend reformatting.

Yes I agree with the other, if you use XP as your Operating System you have to restore. My suggestion is just one, when you restore your computer, just remember when do your computer start broken, and the choose the restore time before the broken time. But if this way don't work, just try to reinstall your computer, that's the last way

I am not a computer geek, but, what I did I used 'System Restore' for my XP2 Operating System (OS);
1. Start
2. All program
3. Accessories
4. System tools
5. System restore
6. Select the previous date on its calender
7. It automatically restart the computer
8. Only take less than 10 minutes, mission accomplished.

Just do a restore. Hopefully you have a restore point before you used these programs. You can usually get to it by going to F2,F8 or F12 when you boot up the PC.
